Malayasian also used it because Singapore and Malaysia is like hushband and wife. those who lived in Singapore/Malaysia surely used this kind of language hor. easily distingush also if you travel far and wide. for example hor if you know singlish you can easily track down singaporean/malaysian if you hear them talk talk and scully you can join in their talk by saying aiyoooooooooo. btw way hor "lor" is just a slang word added after almost every sentenance mah. also words like "hor" "mah" "wah laio" "scully" are also used. lor, hor, mah, wah liao, aiyoo.........etc are all chinese words scully, salamat, datang, kawans........etc are malay words as you know Dat Malaysia and Singapore is a multi/national countries.
