You guys all suck. I think this is a really good question and you're all laughing and mocking. Shame on you. In my opinion, ideally you gotta have some kind of political education maybe in international relations or something like that. However any kind of higher education in any field is also okay. Also be active in political arena of the country - meaning make some connection, be vocal, be influential, let the people know you. If you don't have education, you're not gonna be an ambassador - at least for the first world countries. Just don't rely on your connection only.
