There are several ways find out if your 1140 was actually sent to Immigration. 1. Ask your lawyer for proof of mailing or delivery method. 2. Please find out if your check or money order was cashed. 3. You should be receiving a receiving confirmation from Immigration with in two weeks. 4. Have you changed your address and not informed the INS with AR11? 5. Please call 18003755283 or try www.uscis.gov.
