This whole trial is rubbish. Its like because you could not catch Gabbar, you are taking actions against Helen and Jalal Agha for dancing for Gabbar. Everybody knows who the culprits are. But they don't have the balls to go after them. Sanjay should never have been charged under TADA. The public prosecutor should be charged under false accusations. It was the zealous police chief with the backing of then chief minister who had some issue with Sunil Dutt with regards to him not getting support in his fight against the Gandhis, who went after Sanjay Dutt under TADA. This buffoon ex police chief Samra was saying yesterday that Sanjay Should be socially boycotted. He is guilty by association. Sunil Dutt always said that charge Sanjay under Arms Act and not TADA. It has now been proved that all these 13 years were just a waste of time. The judge should have thrown away this case at the very start saying this does not belong to TADA. Being celebrity and son of famous and good people has had negative impact on Sanjay Dutt in this case.
