I just became a US citizen through naturalization. I want to sponsor my parents and a brother who is 15. Does anyone know how long it takes for immediate relatives of a US citizen to immigrate from Nepal? What status will my parents and brother have after they arrive here, Will they be given permanent resident status or US citizen? Is it the I-130 the correct form to be used in this case?
