Kathmandu Spice has to do something about the time they take to serve because it simply sounds ridiculous to hear that people are waiting more than two hours for their order to appear in their table, no matter how fresh and authentic the food may be no one has that much patience. Another thing they might have to be aware of is their handling big groups, they simply cannot get nervous and not be able to manage a crowd infact they should be able to get good business from the big group. Even though the people who serve are friendly they also need to be faster. there is no excuse for people in this kind of business however new they are as this is a crucial time for them to make a lasting impression on their customers, so good luck to the good people of KTM spice in their venture as people are not too happy with their long wait for their order!!
