Reveiw Restaurent, The reason it takes long for the food to be served is because the chef in KTM SPice insists upon cooking everything fresh from the scratch. And they opened only a month ago, they are still trying to adjust to the crowd. Last weekend when I was there, and the owner was saying they are just getting around to estimate an approximate day to day operation(in other words how many customers to expect on a daily basis). Now I don't know about you but I would rather have everyting freshly cooked than have some precooked stale food stirfried in a pan. Same with the momos.. they always taste really fresh and full of that juice. As far as the space is concerned... he he YES IT IS SMALL BUT THERE IS NOTHING THE OWNERCAN DO ABOUT IT IS THERE ? he he But personally I'd prefer better quality food than a bigger space(reminds me of this small Italian restaurent in Brighton named CARLO where there are only 3 tables and the wait is always an hr or mor and Menino, TeddyK, and Botched Kerry are regulars there). And for decor .....ha ha ha THE NAME IS KATHMANDU SPICE NOT MIXED ASIAN RESTAURENT.
