eat small portion , many times a day; keeps your metaboliasm going- will lose bhudi quicker that way.. eat more protein than carbs...try to eat brown rice... it's always easy to find exercise plans and start it, hardest part is to maintain it until you see the result... Do this, make exercise fun. try to make it a habit... see what you like, tennis, table tennis, boxing, karate, taikawando, running, etc etc... join a club , or get some cds.. practice very basic.. REmember you are not trying to master on any of these but trying to lose weight.. so even if you can' perform the best , try to continue any of these exercise for at least 20 mins in the beg... slowly 30 mins and make it longer than 45.. when it becomes a habit.. Whatever you do.. don't forget the good ol' situps... lie on a plain floor and bend your knees.. and do crunches.. lift up your sholders from the floor about 45 degrees and slowly rest it back.. do it for 30 times, then after do any bhudi exercise for this set.. 30 , 20 , 20 10.. leave it right there.. don't go more... remember if you go more you will start thinking as a obligation/burden.. so don't over do it... looking at your diet.. i suggest eating lots of fruits and vegs... i say, after 4pm don't eat anything with carbs.. eat salad with some meat...easy on dressing...if you get too hungry, go to GNC and buy hoodia.. costs like 35 dollars.. supresses your hunger.... whatever you do remember, don't make it a burden.. otherwise you will hate it and you will discontinue it before you see the result.. try to think of it as fun...
