Like prachanda said in the Leadership summit, violence cannot be justified ideologically. But, it will be justified in certain situation and time. If we cannot comprehend the situation in our country, then we can take example of other countries. More than 600,000 people died during American civil war for abolition of slavery. Most people do say that is justified. Recruitment of children for maoist civil war is not justified. But we cannot/should not make it a deal to oppose all of their action…their action of liberating the suppressed. Who murdered Birendra’s family is yet to be revealed. But even if it was Gyanendra, wouldn’t nepalis have forgiven him if he had actually done something good for the country?
