Let me clearly tell you one thing. Do you think this site is in business only from Folks from US who are legal. How about an illegal witout SSN wants to sent money or folks from Australia or UK wants to sent money and don;t have SSN. So there is an option. I don;t care how well known site this is but They should not require SSN for Fact. But Its your call and GOOD LUCK
