At this point all i can say is most Nepalese work hard a lot and they end up wokring harder rest of the lives..people from other countries like dhoties work smart..IF You have an environment in kTM where there is no curroption..chances are they'll be more people ..like the marathon ladies...to invest money back into the society..build better job opportunies and higher pay scale in nepal..but alas when a businessman has to feed bunch of corrupt politicians..whether its the king ( e.g yak and yeti issues) or the congress (water projects)..the incentive topay more to employees or even have businesses dies..because you end up paying them more than what the company is worth..and the employees ...they get the last bit. To get away from all this(corruption) ....is not to be influenced by these GOVT people..why pay taxes, electricy, gas, tomatoes or anything..if the GOVT eats up all the grants and aids meant for us - the middle and lower class society..IRONICALLY we have most of the power and we should make stand..voice out our needs..WE NEED TO MAKE A FULL STOP AND STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHTS. This is called fighting for democracy..not being carried away like bheda bhakras ..every time a selfish baun bajey (Girija or Prachanda) blabs out..they are better off doing pujas in our mandirs rather than killing and corruption Other than that.. getting and giving an education to outsmart our competitors should always be the highest priority.....windows of opportunity..in the world out ther i am sure everyone of us have something in us to give it a try..
