They didn't have even 15K total Moaists and yet they managed to kill people in the range of 13K... I mean they caused it, of course part of that 13K were killed by the State. And now they could not even come up with 35K as they bluffed in the peace talks. Hence, forceful recruitment is going on. I don't think Nepalese gonna see peace. Prachanda kukur is already in India. So is Baburam. It's not about their communism movement, it's about wealth amassing movement at the cost of Nepaelse lives and peace.
