in every society, there is a sex-market.. since the dawn of civil societies. no empire, no society, be it romans, americans, nepalis, or even the ultra religious socities like that of saudis have been able to stop sex-related market. so, people who seek moral highground on this subject cannot and will not succeed in stoping these business-byapar vis a vis, cabin restaurants or massage parlours. If u stamp out one another one will pop out. so the best thing to do in my opinion is legalize it and regulate it. Although we, the moral police, cannot stamp out sex-market, we can regulate it. To regulate the market, you have to legalize the trade. Then start out with regulatory policies. Make it a rule that these places need a special license. Avoid giving these license to restaurants that are near residential areas or schools. For simplicity, lets say there can only be cabin-restaurants in certain area of baneshowr or thamel. All employees working in these restaurants must be over a certain age. My friends and fellow bloggers. Opinions are important. But some of should also demonstrate problem solving opinions rather than mere moral criticism.
