I guess all the foreign aid that Nepal receives is into all sorts of development projects then......I wonder where we rank on the poverty scale in the world....Or maybe, maybe...its just happens that we the people are misguided, misinformed about this whole corruption issue.....MAYBE ! Khaobadi....nice one.(about burden of proof)..but that is the US law....I wonder if Nepal's law follows the same....Oh well....Goodnight now !
