Cost of Venue: $0.00 [Normally schools/universities don't charge anything to Non-Profit Events.] Cost of Good Sound/Lighting System: $300 Cost of Lodging for artists: Host the artists in Nepali homes. Most of the time it is done this way. Cost of travel/transportation: $400 (4 days including gas)...the organizer is stupid to come in two separate cars. Why don't they rent one mini-van. Save $$$ on gas. Cost of Food for artists: $0.00 [Host could feed artists rice+dhal+masu each day out of kindness for free] Total: $700 So I guess if some kindness & effort was extended, then maybe a reduction in ticket cost....LOL
