Remember our national anthem used to read like 'praja failiyos pukarau hami sara le'. Self-fulfilling prophecy is what's happening; Nepalese are spreading everywhere. And also without doubt, the more nepalis come to the US or go elsewhere to earn money and/or skills, the more Nepal is likely to benefit in the long run. My opinion is based on how Japan and Korea laid their economic and technical foundations by encouraging their people to go overseas. Please do not get offended by my duh!.
