PM Koirala is oppertuned enough to keep getting the chance to lead the country time after time. Nothing good has come out in his last few tries, but that doesn't mean this time will be a repeat performance. Call him power-hungry, call him cunning, we needed a strong leadership this time and he provided one. KP Bhattarai might be a better being but Nepal needed a leadership that assimiliated three extremes, the UML, the Maoists and the rest. Mr. Koirala provided that. Guiliani didn't do much, but he was a strong force when America needed one. PM Koirala wasn't instrumental on this peace deal, it was realization by the Maoists that it was about time; but he did guide us to that agreement.
