I like the concept: "Divide country as Industrial city, city for education, city for entertainment things like that.. seems to make more sense and any development in the country should move out of kathmandu". I think India followed this concept. No wonder Hyderbad has come up with an international IT city. sujanks - How you happen to remember so long conversation to be written later? Just wondering :)
