I was in Hawaii about 8 years ago. I went to Hawaii Pacific University for my undergraduate. Its a paradise on earth. Now regarding Job situation Hawaii is a small state, so you might have little tough time getting a job, that is what i experienced but again i was new to US at that time, Maybe things have changed now.
