As long as that company is doing that kind of business it is fine. In KTM also there is one nepali company(Actual H1B issuing company is US Company, nepali company is mediator for Nepal) which sent 6 people in H1B visa last year. They are calling for resume for this year also but their service charge is too much(?). They are charging total of $8000/- plus NRs:15,000/- per pserson (non-refundable) Isn't that too much ? Is somebody knows about good and direct company, Please post
