He started as a business systems engineer and a database architect. He did extensive consulting with prestigious financial institutions, such as the World Bank, and with large health care organizations. At Fleet Bank, now Bank of America, he led a major business systems reengineering initiative which was an important component of their successful strategic acquisitions. Prior to founding D2Hawkeye with Dr. Chris Kryder, Rudra founded the IT Experts Group in Kathmandu, Nepal. In three years this company grew from three to over forty systems engineers. It has recently merged with D2Hawkeye to become D2HawkeyeServices, the largest software company in Nepal. Rudra is currently Chief Technology Officer of D2Hawkeye. He leads engineering research, development and quality control, and provides leadership to teams in Boston and Kathmandu. He is an evangelist in the medical management software arena. His innovative D2Hawkeye decision support design is now widely used to solve complex health care problems by many organizations all over the U.S. Rudra holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Economics from Northeastern University, Boston.
