He moved to Sacramento from Texas in 2000 i think and he used to work at an indian's gas station at that time, I called that gas station (916-451-4200) and at first the indian guy said he doesn't know any Gopal (Gopi) Singh and later he says he doesn't work there anymore and he has moved to west Sacramento and he has no contact information. He was not very helpful and i know he is lying about not knowing Gopi's phone number or address but unfortunately since i am not in Sacramento I can not go there physically and talk to him. I am running out of options I feel so sorry for the mother and i feel so helpless. I don't want to involve the police coz that may make the situation even worse.
