Captain Haddock I have never been to Mantra - and OM certainly is not happening place really. I think it is just a misuse of the Nepali arts - which I think is so unfortunate - Customer service has to be the first priority and if the owners of OM don't understand this then they are in big trouble - because how long can they last yeah... as you so pointed out with Mantra - I believe they will not be there anymore... Hope the new owner will keep the bathrooms...
