There are 14 sanitary camps (Recycling plants) within the river of kathmandu, only one was operating at gaurighat during 2003 after the JICA handed the project back to the government...don't know what happened to it now. There was budget constrain and huge logistics... Nothing worths sweating.. a good proposal on how to operate all those 14 sanitary camps can make a huge difference. Lots of environmental firms submitted cost cutting and resource allocating proposal.. it needs to be practiced..
