On a second thought, Is it appropriate of San scolding and banning "pokhreli" for voting 8 times in the poll using 8 different nicknames. Is it not possible, pokhreli has 8 members in the house and they all happen to use the same computer, and thus sharing same IP address. Technically San's logic is WRONG.. that's all I wanna say here.
