I am in f1 and has been here just 7 months. Is there a way I could bring her in f2 without me going back to nepal? I heard there is some kind of paper work needed to get married this way. I want to move through legal procedures. And in another case if I get married here then is there any legal proceedings? I mean for getting a court marriage in US between f1 students.
