I am not sure if there are other photoshop as well. if you want to resize pic in photoshop, follow following steps HELP >> Resize Image Photoshop is a vast graphic software. But it doesn't mean you can't learn it. Try to find some online tutorials of photoshop. I hope it will teach you more than you want. Don't try to learn all of it at first. Hope this helps. :)
