I totally agree with you about the baher. Ghazal itself limits the level of expression of perception. And those written in baher sound weird. You also wrote: "t indeed is a freestyle ghazal with unconventionally random rhyming patterns." I dont agree with you in this. A ghazal MUST have a proper rhyming pattern. If not it can be called something else. I actually benefit if this is true- the ones (mine) I ca lled FAZAL are actually not FAZALS but a free style ghazal.:-)) The following does not fit into a ghazal or a doha. It would have been safe if he had not called it a ghazal. The writer has done same kind of injustice to Muktak also.
