These commies are taxing just about everyone these days...but where does the money go? I hear of no infrastructure being built, no jobs being created nor no security provided by these tax harvesters. The only thing I guess they're doing is to amass more weapons so that they could tax more and milk the already poor public dry. Shame on the SPA...the whole thing was a goddamn fiasco that should'nt have ever happened!
