If i were you, i would hang in there for couple more year build a relationship with some managers. As Dipankar mentioned there is a high scope for IT in Nepal too. They will outsource some company to nepal from india like few call center now. I think if the Political situation get stable u can start call center, it consulting company, data entry company from here and do work in nepal. There is one more option too, There are many desi consulting company here in us. Why don't you open one. There are many nepali working for these type of consulting company. If you give a good rate there will be many transferring to you. You just need to show bank balance of $ 70,000 to sponsor H1B. may be few of us can start together and grow together.....
