He might disagree with them; but he doesn't label them as unpatriotic. It's very important for a president to not to label any of its citizens as "unpatriotic." (I got to know about this thing watching one of his interviews). By saying "perhaps even more" (which I have seen in some of your other postings too), you are hinting that you respect freedom of expression more than the other person. By default, the other person respects FOE less than you do. That's not what people--who claim to respect freedom of expression (FOE)--do; you do not make the other person look inferior by default.
