And, regardind your scenario, the family in which the birth of one more child would mean more financial and emotional burden on the family should be extra careful in the matter. Why didn't they opt for permanent family planning methods like vasectomy or female sterilization? We need to look before leap...not first leap and then find that you jumped into a quick-sand.
