Yes if its then it may be used but its not the only solution. wireless is there. plus satellite medium is there. to poke a bigger hole. i will use the above table itself. south korea in #25 in telephone; #2 in internet users and #13 in internet hosts. so in your theory south korea should be way below based on telephone hoina ta!!! how did it manage to be in or same level as switzerland or singapore. we all know in terms of wireless usages; internet and computer advancement south korea is way ahead. south korea was using SMS as a form of communication using wireless devices back in 1998 when in US we barely had affordable wireless phones. by 1999 they were using large messages i.e. more than 4k size messages (O: and in 2001 they were transmitting pictures over the phones... and in us when did it came prolly in 2004. so your theory is not valid. i agree that it is a basic requirement but not the lone determining factor (O: ===================================================== as always what do i know (O:
