I think there are tons of blogging sites available to one for free. Try Google's, for instance. By grandly saying you are going to provide blogging site, does zilch, adds absolutely no value. So try finding a better way to contribute, if that is what you want to do. Now if you are going to ask the basic idiotic questions like what is blogging or why should one blog, then honestly, you have no business offering this service.
