if ur living from 20 yrs, i guess u can live in US forever now. So why dont' u opt for seling that land?? I advise u to give them 50,000 anyhow and then sell it later at some additional profit. Invest them somewhere in US and u can at least get some money out of that. Nowadays lands in Nepal are much risky like before what it used to be like having an elephant. If i was you, i would have done this. Bau baje ko land bhanekai hamro aja ko lagi ta ho ni..bholi bholi bhandai rakhera ek din governemnt le liyo bhane bau baje ko paseena byartha jancha. Think it yaar!
