For such a sensitive document like the passport, this is a shame a disgrace. Corrupt people like these, who don't even know proper english, who came to "serve" Nepali brothers and sisters in the US without proper english background or even courtesy, we should take severe disciplinary action against them. I feel ashamed to show my passport to anyone just because of the handwriting and the words written on it that makes no sense.
