Dial-up is still the predominant internet connection method in KTM. But some business houses and some areas do have higher speed connection. I say higher because it is NOT what you may come to understand as high speed there in the US. Here any thing that is faster than 32 kbps might pass as high speed. Of course, certain embassies and international bodies already enjoy real high speed internet connection - probably sattelite.
