Did anyone had an experience of a problem with paypal like delays etc ? I thought I would be able to make an instant payment so that the company (that I paid to) can instantly receive my payment and activate my account.... Looks like paypal is dogged with delays....I would have payed other ways had I known about such delays..what a crap !! Sorry for my rants...!!
