If they are authentic Nepali with clean crime and corruption record... there should not be problem to give them Dual Citizenship. But ... if they are doing any even minium crime and corruption, Nepali government must NOT and absolutely must Not give them Nepali citizenship. These criminal flethy crooks must kick out or put into life in prison.
