for Dual citizenship... There should be Constitution, strick Law/Order, Rule and Regulation, and Monitoring systems. You just do not give Citizenship to Indian Dothis and tate pangre people. Crime and Corruption in citizenship must be very serious.... Capital punishment must be give those who break the law and consitution. What do you think?
