Yes... It is Right that Give Dual Citizenship to authentic Nepali thoese who do not have any criminal and corruption record. But hang and jail to those who convicted crimes and any kind of corruption in Nepal and for country. Forget Dual citizenship... do not even give citizenship to those national criminals.
