well sandhya ji do u think educated ppl r only in biratnagar? but i agree 2 disagree wid u look even chitwan has many educated ppl there go to any technical colleges in nepal like teaching,bpkihs dharan n ioe,pulchowk...u will get many chitwan ka keta keti haru n i think even gulmi n syanja has got many civil servants at secretariatt level...in nepal government so its not only that biratnagar has educated ppl but many other parts do have? risani maaf hos.........
