FAN CLUB “A place for fan of Nepali cricket” Introduction Cricket has always been a great traditional at Nepal for 10 years and in sprit of that tradition a FAN Club web based discussion forum (blog) established by a group of cricket fans under the banner of cricket.com.np. The member of this club has always been encouraging number from living inside the country or aboard and discussing various matter of Nepali cricket. The initial goal of the FAN CLUB was to unite the fan of Nepali cricket for discussions propose. Now, the member of this club decided to register and act as a legal national non profit umbrella club providing opportunities for professional developments, support programs and to serve as advisory cum consulting body to advocate, lobby and facilitate mainstreaming of cricket issues as national and international agenda. Vision The vision of the club is to make cricket Nepal favorite sport; favorite in terms of participation, interest, popularity, attendance, viewership, merchandise and the country become to a most successful and respected Cricketing nation in the World. Objectives 1. To bring together nationwide spread and exchange of Cricket Information and to foster cooperation, interaction, trainings, network collaboration through tournaments, publications and other media. 2. Protect the rights of Cricket Players and provide necessary advice to Cricket related organizations and government. 3. To organize various Events, tournament for the development of cricket in Nepal and development of players skills. 4. Represent Nepalese cricket at national and international level to build the network and alliance and establish the network with national and international Cricket Organizations for the development and improvement of cricket with effective monitoring and evaluation. 5. To create and provide opportunities for Cricket Players within the National and International Club. 6. To research on the cricket for its development. Jobs 1. In full consultation and cooperation with the respective cricket Board, media, private organization, government, and others to manage and be accountable for the integrated delivery of a single long term strategic plan for cricket for development across the Country 2. Establish and maintain a single, integrated and effective programs 3. In full consultation and cooperation with the National and International Cricket organization to Manage the production and ongoing review of a single strategic plan for all cricket Participation levels in Focus Clubs, Schools, college and others 4. Establish a process of continuous operational review and improvement planning 5. Ensure effective local communications and planning through establishing a country wide network of Regional/District cricket development Groups Development Programs 1. Provide excellent knowledge about Cricket in the country through medias, workshops, seminars and games 2. Commitment to a continual professional development programs 3. A vibrant domestic game, league and others 4. Enthusing participation and following particularly amongst young people 5. Player development programs 6. Facility development programs 7. Help Establishing and maintaining successful Nepalese Teams Benefits 1. To provide opportunity for fans to participation for development of cricket in Nepal. 2.
