east coast, It is little less but since they are willing to sponsor for your H1 and the quota for this year is finished. if I was you I will stick with them (the permanant job with less pay) and see next year if you can truely find someone who can do your H1 for fact. Otherwise there are lot of company who said they are willing to sponsor and at the end they will say "oh we are sorry Mr. phalana the quota for h1 is closed and we could not do anything for you at this point" ani tetti khera hissa buddi hariyo Daat hola Bro. or chauta khana gaki budhi ghol ma dubera mari hola.. hahaha.
