Hi, Ask youR friend to go Unisearch or Interface.AUS visa process is different than Others and takes up to 3 months.If your friend apply by him/herself chances are visa will be rejected. Use agent for AUSTRALIA.Infact Australian government work closely with the agents and have also given the rights to issue the PRE-visa .They always prefer the application come thru the Approved agents.Visa is also lodged at TTS service , another agent service for VISA.They do not take direct application.
