Martin Chautari has decided to hold a series of talks on the intellectual legacy of Dr. Harka Gurung focusing each time on a particular area of his contribution, its impact and its long-term implications. In the first of this series, Pitamber Sharma and Devendra Raj Pandey will talk about Harka Gurung and decentralization and development.
