A day to appreciate your brother.. A DOGMA? i, wholeheartedly disagree!! In the context of nepal, i guess nepal IS one of the places where you appreciate your siblings.. (and also perhaps some other countries) Eventhough the situation is NOT good, it still is a good thing to show appreciation.
