goodjob.. does ur brother have other visas too? have he been travelling a lot? if so the chances are high but if it is his first time applying for visa.. and have not have business travels before.. it might be little tough.. but its all LUCK.. k garnee for Nepali like us.. need LUCK not like Europian.. who can just mail the passport.. :)
