Rayemajhi claims himself a communist, but he is just a monkey of the king?! What I can tell you from my own personal experience is Vipassana doesn't teach you to be rude and hateful. It teaches what you just said the virtues of life, love and kindness. It is the self that has to be determined to change oneself-be it the medium: meditation, self-analyzation or you give the name. And, hey, it's totally up to you. I just like the teachings of Buddha. And, I found the meditation practical. That's about it. Gotta go! :P :D
