I don't know if your post is directed to me, but I just wanted to comment on what you said. Just because someone has meditated, doesn't mean s/he is enlightened. You, I, or any psycho can "meditate." And, there are so many forms of meditation. Just to let you know, the Tihar jail had customer like inmates, who would be out, but would come back again because they would again do some stupid crime repeatedly. Vipassana Meditation, that was re/discovered by Buddha was conducted there, and those inmates who were among those meditators, and who were so used to getting caught and coming back to the jail, didn't come back again.
